What a fantastic job carried out by the team...
Today I had a complete make-over of my internal roof which included insulation, boarding, shelving, new hatch ladder access and grab rails. What a fantastic job carried out by the team. They were professional, helpful, friendly and extremely hard working. I want to really say that I certainly highly recommend them as they were excellent. Very happy with the work carried out today and from the installers to the admin staff in the office its been a pleasure. Thank you so much for a fantastic-looking internal roof. Highly recommended.

Brilliant service from start to finish. Very quick to respond to initial enquiry, sending someone out to measure and price the job. Then booking in quickly. The price was great and very competitive, and the guys who came to fit the ladder were very professional and helpful. They kept the place tidy and worked very quickly. Explained how to use everything to me before leaving. Would highly recommend them and will be using again in the future to put down some boarding and a light in the loft.

Work carried out was efficient and well done – workmen explained everything they were doing and why, they were also polite and tidy too. They cleaned up nicely before they left. They are quite busy given a lot of people require these type of services with everything that is going on in the world (couple of months in my case), but I was fortunate enough to get ring a few weeks prior to my appointment due to a cancelation which was great!
You get what you expect +some at a fair price!

Everyone we dealt with at Loft and Ladder was absolutely wonderful...
We needed to get our loft boarded and were, to be honest, overwhelmed by the amount of businesses offering this service.
I contacted a handful of them for a quote and Loft & Ladders stood head and shoulders above the rest. The chap who came and provided the quote was bang on time, professional, and friendly.
I was provided a very reasonable quote tailored to our needs and budget, I felt valued as a potential customer and that I was sold exactly what I needed.
Clearly they’re good at what they do as there was a little bit of a wait until we’d be able to get our work done, I’m very happy that we did though.
When they day came around they arrived promptly and ready to smash out the job. We went over the work that was going to be carried out again, to make sure there wouldn’t be any surprised and that we were still happy with what was going to happen.
I was prepared to be losing the entire day to this work but they were finished in just a few hours! They were very respectful of the property, keeping it clean behind them even when enlarging the hatch.
The work itself looks fantastic, it’s completely transformed the space into something actually useful.
I would definitely recommend Loft & Ladders to anyone wanting a great product and service at a great price. 10/10.
