Why should I have lights fitted in my loft?
It’s your choice really, but if you’re using your loft space for storage or as an extra room, we would advise you had lights installed. Loft lighting ensures you can see all your belongings and increases the safety of your loft, so you aren’t stumbling about in the dark.
If I want extra lights after the fitting, can you do that?
Yes, we can! Just give us a call, and we can discuss your requirements and get that extra lighting fitted for you.
Are light bulbs or fluorescent lights better?
It’s down to personal taste, your loft space and budget. Florescent lights are brighter, but it might not be necessary depending on the size of your loft space and what you’re looking for. If you have questions, you can call and discuss this with the Loft and Ladder’s team who will be happy to advise you!
Is all your work guaranteed?
Yes, our work has a 5-year guarantee, for quality of workmanship and parts. If there are any problems, we will do everything we can to assist you and fix it, just call us!
Do we have to clean up after you?
Nope! We treat your home like our own. We use dust sheets and clean up any excess debris left behind. Your loft will be left exactly as it was, if not better than how we found it!
How much disruption will there be during the loft light fitting?
Disruption is always kept to a minimum and work carried out as efficiently as possible. We use dust sheets, and carpet protectors, all cutting of materials is done out outside or within the loft space and we always clean up after ourselves.
